5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables
  • Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services using reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties except those expressly stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
